About

Live On is a statewide effort to prevent suicide by promoting education, providing resources, and changing our culture around suicide and mental health. We’re getting the word out to Utahns through a variety of multimedia messages and campaigns.

Connection

Feeling connected to others can help prevent suicide. Close relationships with family and friends provide support, make it easier to share feelings, and show that you're not alone. These connections can make a big difference when life feels hard.

Reaching Out

Noticing when someone is struggling, knowing what to ask, and how to listen with empathy can save a life. Don't be afraid to ask, "Are you thinking about suicide?" It can make someone feel seen and cared for at times when they need it most.
