A $25 contribution is added to your annual vehicle registration. Visit your local Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) location or order it directly from the DMV website.

Donate to Live On Utah on your taxes

Are you getting a refund on your Utah Income Taxes? You can make a donation directly from your refund to several worthy causes, including suicide prevention.

Look for “Governor’s Suicide Prevention Fund” on the TC-40, page 2, line 43. Donate all or part of your refund to support suicide prevention in Utah.

Partner with Live On Utah!

Your business or organization can promote suicide prevention. Businesses and organizations have partnered with Live On Utah to develop materials specifically for their employees and organizations. This has included wrapped vehicles, flags in front of businesses, bumper stickers for fleet vehicles, purchasing ads on radio stations, and more.
