AFSP Utah Chapter Virtual Campus Walk

Join us for a Day of Action on April 24^th! Our Opening Ceremonies will start at 12:00pm MST. Directly after, at 12:30pm MST, you will have the opportunity to join other campus walks across the Western Division, for a streaming presentation of It’s Real.

The AFSP-produced film and discussion It’s Real: College Students and Mental Health is designed to raise awareness about mental health issues commonly experienced by students. It’s Real conveys that depression and other mental health conditions are real illnesses that can be managed through specific treatments and interventions. It encourages students to be mindful of the state of their mental health, to acknowledge and recognize when they are struggling, and to take steps to seek help.
