Live On License Plate

Become an advocate for suicide prevention in Utah!

The legislature has authorized the creation of a new license plate for Live On Utah promoting suicide prevention in Utah. To establish this new plate, 500 applications are needed prior to production by the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV).  The first 500 applications will be at no cost for the initial application. This is a savings of $46 for the first year only. You will be responsible for all future registration costs, which are determined annually by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

After the 500 applications are gathered and submitted to the Division of Motor Vehicles, plates will be produced and readied for distribution.  This may take up to six months.  Applications above the first 500 will be returned to the applicant.  You can then apply through the typical DMV process at https://dmv.utah.gov/plates when it becomes available online.
